In addition, principals have a background in project management and information technology consulting and training. Their financial management expertise includes private and public company level executive management experience.

Ray Harper has more than 30 years experience in various aspects of the real estate industry. Prior to that, Mr. Harper worked as an executive in the securities industry. In addition, he has served as a board member for several private companies and participated on various committees for education. He graduated from the University of Tulsa where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and pursued post graduate work in finance. Mr. Harper also served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Michelle Morgan is involved in all phases of real property purchase and sale transactions including origination and due diligence. Prior to her real estate career she had more than 10 years of managerial experience in the government and technology sectors in the Washington D.C. area. She managed projects for SAIC and conducted technology training for various organizations including the Federal Bureau of Investigation Ms. Morgan graduated from Radford University in Virginia and attended several technical and managerial courses during her time in Washington.
Stacy Simondi has over 23 years experience working in public accounting and private industry. Her skill set has provided our organization with the ability to provide accurate and timely financial data. Ms. Simondi years of experience have enabled the company to streamline its tax and management information data to the highest standard.
